Introducing

Hi! I'm Bailey. I decided to make my grand debut on Saturday the 24th, 2 weeks early. Mom's water broke around 8:30 pm so they called Uncle Michael and Aunt Karianna to come down and stay the night with Addi. After getting to the hospital, contractions started around 9:20 and things progressed really fast. Mom was really nervous that I was gong to come before she even got an IV put in but the nurse got one put in when she was dialated to an 8. Mom was also extremely happy that the anesthesiologist was there so she could get an epidural. As he was putting the epidural in, Mom's IV decided to infiltrate, aka her hand was going to blow up, so the nurse had to switch it to the other hand. Contractions + epidural administration + IV replacement = tons of fun! Right after she got numb, they told Mom that she could push and 3 pushes later I was here!My time of arrival was 10:42 pm. I weighed 6 lb 13 oz and am 20 inches long.Happy Mom!
I already have Dad wrapped around my finger.

Addi was somewhat interested at first.

Then she thought "Hmm, poking is kinda fun".
And then she lost interest... after all Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is WAY more interesting than me.
Actually, after I got home she decided to be interested in me again and loves looking at me.
This is a frequent scene at our house now. Isn't it cute how my sister peeks over the edge?
Ah, aren't I so cute?
I had to go to the doctor to get my weight checked and as I was waiting I decided to start my modeling career. Strike a pose!
I'm not a huge fan of being wrapped up like a bean but Mom thought it was pretty cute.
